1. How to Initiate a Return (Do Not Send Back Automatically)

To maintain the structural integrity and security of our global logistics network, **please do not send your purchase back to the sender address listed on the shipping label.** Automated returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

2. For damaged or defective items, please attach 2-3 clear high-resolution photos or a brief video demonstrating the issue so our quality control team can fast-track your request.
3. Our team will review your inquiry within 24–48 business hours and provide you with the designated authorized return address and custom instructions.

 

2. Return Shipping & Eco-Conscious Adjustments

**Return Shipping Costs:** Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs via a tracked postage service. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.


**Our Sustainable Transit Commitment:** As part of SaiiVoyage’s dedication to carbon reduction and eco-friendly travel practices, our concierge team may offer exclusive local alternatives (such as partial/full store credits or immediate complimentary item replacements) during your email assessment to eliminate the heavy carbon footprint of international return shipping.

 

3. Refund Process
Once your authorized return is received and inspected at our designated facility, we will send you an email confirmation. 

Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or PayPal) within 5–7 business days. Please note that your banking institution or credit card issuer may require additional processing time to reflect the funds on your statement.

 

4. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at support@saiivoyage.com instantly. We will absorb all costs to make it right by dispatching an immediate, complimentary premium replacement to your doorstep.
